Technical Visit to The Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) jointly organized with ESU (Mar 2019)

On behalf of the HKIE Student Chapter – HKUST, we would like to invite you to join our upcoming event jointly organized with ESU –Technical Visit to Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD), which will be held on 22 March 2019 (Friday).

 

As a government department, EMSD is committed to creating a safe, reliable and energy-efficient living environment from the electrical and mechanical (E&M) perspective. has recently launched an innovative collaborate platform for innovation and technology (I&T) collaboration "E&M InnoZone" which aims at matching the needs of government departments for applying new technology with I&T projects by start-ups and showcasing some innovative products. During the visit, students may also have the chance to experience VR and wearable robots for lifting objects.

Location: Electrical and Mechanical Services Department Headquarters, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon Bay

Fee: HKD 20 (Refundable)
